Priscilla a large tropical cyclone
Priscilla is a large tropical cyclone with the center west of the west central Mexican coast. The eastern spiral rain bands are affecting the mainland coast. The main effects from Priscilla will be locally heavy showers from the rain bands and increasing surf.
